Our standard shipping service for UK orders is Next Day Delivery, i.e. the day after completion of production. And just as we offer special 48 or 24-hour production turnaround on certain items, we can also provide express delivery services on request, including Next Day Before Noon, Next Day Before 10.00, Next Day Before 9.00, and, if required, Same Day.
Our relationship with trusted shipping and distribution partners means we can also offer Next Day Overseas Delivery to many EU and other global customers (depending on location). And where cost is critical we can also offer an Economy Service.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, all we ask is that you send us a clear photograph of the product so we can identify the issue. We may also ask you to return samples so we can raise the problem with our manufacturing team. You can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem quickly and to your satisfaction.
IMPORTANT: We always supply artwork proofs for approval; it is essential that these are checked carefully. Once approved, we can accept no liability for any errors resulting from artwork mistakes.
Our entire order/payment process has been designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible, cutting overheads so we can keep our costs ultra-competitive and ensuring that you benefit from a streamlined, no fuss service.
It works like this. Once you’ve found the product(s) you’re looking for on our comprehensive on-line catalogue of low cost promotional merchandise, you submit your enquiry using the Quick Quote form, Enquiry Basket, or by simply picking up the phone. If you’re happy with your quoted price, you can pay using whatever method suits you best: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal or cheque.
We will then proceed with your order, submitting artwork proofs for approval. Once these are approved, your order will be put into production and your products delivered.
Pricing and promotions
All prices quoted online are for the production of printed promotional merchandise, including a 1 colour print. They do not include origination, delivery or VAT. Where prices are shown on our website, we believe them to be correct but you should still submit your enquiry as normal; we reserve the right to amend any prices shown and no prices are valid until a quote has been returned.
