I'm the first port of call for all customers at Promo Parrot, whether it's a question about a particular promotional product, a sample request or a quote. There are numerous ways I initially receive first contact from the customer, phone, email, enquiry form, online chat, etc.
I do visuals, to idea sheets to quotes. When an enquiry comes in I first of all I speak to the client and establish what they are exactly looking for. Once the right product has been found and a quantity and the printing method has been decided on I provide the client with a detailed quote that includes all the prices. Once the client is happy to place the order I get all the information that's need to send to the Sales Support Team who process it on my behalf.
All the way through the order I am the contact for the client. I am included in all the emails so I can keep track on the order and make sure it's running smoothly. Once the products have been delivered I make sure the clients happy and are there contact should they need anything else in the future.
