Double Wall Paper Cups are recommend for hotter drinks. They are made from two-layered cardboard giving them better thermo insulation. Usually when you choose double wall paper cups you do not need to use cardboard sleeves for a hand protection from very hot drinks.

Our double wall paper cups are available in: 8oz (220ml), 12oz (350ml) and 16oz (450ml).

The double wall cups are available with either a PE or Water-Based Coating (Recyclable). The water-based coating means these paper cups can be recycled with paper. Plus, the Paper2Paper and PAP21 logos are printed on the bottom, communicating to your customers that these paper cups can be disposed of in paper waste containers.

The outside wall of double wall paper cups is made from recycled cardboard. This has a slightly different shade of whiteness – it's a bit grey. That is because recycled cardboard has its own colour and texture. Therefore white print (in your design) will not be bright white, they will be greyish. For bight white print we recommend our Single Wall Paper Cups.

We offer double wall paper cups in glossy or matt cardboard. For vibrant and shiny colours we suggest you to choose glossy ones. In case you prefer mild colours, you should choose matt ones.
