Dye-sublimation contains extra steps, in turn usually leading to a longer lead time. When using dye-sublimation print, the artwork that is provided is transferred onto a paper. This is the heated up allowing for it to be transferred onto your mug. This has to be done very carefully, as any mistake here will have an impact on the finished item.
